Allan joined The RBL Group after successfully leading a division of a fast-paced multi-national company as the General Manager of their Australia/New Zealand region. His key professional achievements are in identifying and aligning organizational behaviors and employee attributes to desired business outcomes, and the development of teams and leaders capable of delivering strategic objectives. He has a proven track record of growing a business and engaging employees.
As the Managing Director in RBL’s European office Allan manages consulting and executive education programs delivered to our European clients. Since joining RBL in 2008 he has worked with over 100 organizations based in the region on HR transformation, HR strategy development, HR executive education and leadership development projects.
In addition to his work in Europe, Allan has worked extensively in the Middle East, Asia, Australia and North America, helping HR leaders transform and quantify the value they create. He has led major HR strategy development projects, spearheaded the design of RBL’s HR Academy concept and managed a large number of executive education programs across industry sectors.

Prior to joining RBL, Allan worked as a General Manager for a large fast moving consumable goods business.
