Jeff is a Principal with The RBL Group where he has worked on business transformation and strategy consulting projects across north America, Europe, and the Middle East. The primary focus of his work has been on enabling large-scale growth through organizational strategy and restructuring.
Jeff is a Principal with The RBL Group where he has worked on business transformation and strategy consulting projects across America and in Denmark, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Oman. The primary focus of his work has been on enabling large-scale growth through organizational strategy and restructuring projects. He has worked with large multinational corporations within the US (e.g. Alcon, Alexion, Baxalta, Chick-fil-A, Carnival Cruise Line, Hyatt Hotel Corp, Trinity Health) and with multinational and regional organizations across the Middle East (e.g. Saudi Aramco, Oman Oil Company, Mobily, Engro Foods).
Prior to joining The RBL Group, Jeff worked at the University of Utah in their Technology & Venture Commercialization department where he used lean startup methodologies to vet and validate new technologies and inventions before they went to market. Jeff has a strong background in business strategy and financial analysis. Previously, he worked as an analyst for Ford Motor Company, where he received top performance evaluations, and as an analyst for several startups.
Along with his consulting work, Jeff is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at Stanford University in their department of Management Science and Engineering. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from BYU’s Marriott School of Management with an emphasis in business strategy.
