Kaylene is a program manager for The RBL Group where she works to coordinate and manage activities related to client assessments and programs globally. With over 15 years of organizing and implementing client projects, Kaylene brings extensive experience dedicated to client success with leadership and strategic HR initiatives. 

Kaylene is a program manager for The RBL Group where she oversees the Projects team and works to coordinate and manage activities related to client assessments and programs globally. With over 15 years of organizing and implementing client projects, Kaylene brings extensive experience dedicated to client success with leadership and strategic HR initiatives. 

Kaylene has coordinated projects and events with Fortune 500 companies in a range of industries and countries including Australia, Canada, China, Germany, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Norway, Oman, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, and others.

She has also played a key role in multiple rounds of the HR Competency Study, overseeing the research collection as well as the development and rollout of the resulting assessments and development programs.  Her expertise in setting assessment projects up for success helps clients get the information they need to make the changes that drive business results.

Prior to joining The RBL Group, she managed internal corporate programs and events and has been the senior executive and personal assistant to CEOs of both public and private corporations.
