Michelle Lim has 20 years of experience in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development, delivering high quality training, coaching, and consulting to companies and organizations in both the private and public sector. She is currently a Senior Consultant with RBL Group, Asia, where she specializes in Leadership and Organizational Transformation. Michelle connects organizational strategy and human behavior in an insightful and engaging way to bring about positive transformation in leaders and the organizations they lead.
Prior to joining RBL, she was the founder and Managing Director of Clarity Training and Consulting. Michelle has led and facilitated more than 200 highly rated programs for managers and leaders of Fortune 500 companies and conglomerates such as Caterpillar, Bosch, Standard Chartered Bank, Borouge, Cisco, AIG, Chevron, Goodyear, ABB, Changi Airport, Maybank and Equinix as well as public sector organizations Land Transport Authority, Urban Redevelopment Agency, Prime Minister’s Office, and National Environment Agency.
Through learning and talent development programs, Michelle has impacted on more than 3000 executives and managers from different countries and cultures such as India, China, Indonesia, Australia, Switzerland, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Her expertise included Managerial and Leadership Development, Business Communications, Stakeholder and Customer Management, and Executive Presentation Skills.
Michelle graduated from National University of Singapore, with Bachelor Honors Degree (Economics and Social Sciences). She is an Accredited Executive Coach, with a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from Academy of Executive Coaching, Switzerland. She is also a certified International Systemic Team Coach and holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment.
