Nigel is a Principal with The RBL Group where he has worked on leadership and cultural change projects for international clients in both the not-for-profit and commercial markets. Understanding that differentiation and the creation of a unique identity is ultimately a leadership problem, the primary focus of his work has been on identifying the leadership behaviours which differentiate firms and add the greatest value to their stakeholders.
Prior to joining The RBL Group, Nigel ran his own successful independent training & consulting business for over 10 years after being made redundant in the economic downturn in 2009. Nigel’s previous work experience includes leading teams in IT support services with an emphasis on Customer Service. He was later successful in joining the national training team for HMRC where he specialized in Management & Leadership Development. There he worked with all levels of leaders across the UK on both local and national delivery projects.
