Rodrigo is a Principal Consultant with The RBL Group who brings over 25 years of industry experience as country manager and general manager in various global companies. As a consultant, his deep knowledge in how a business improves its relevance in the marketplace plays a valuable role for clients.
Rodrigo’s work focuses on how business leaders can achieve both business success and people’s wellbeing across their organizations through different processes that include: improving and developing an adaptive culture; articulating a strategy that aligns stakeholder needs to business outcomes; customer centric organizational design; designing and deploying a Leadership Brand that connects strategy with people’s actions; helping HR teams develop a business centered strategy; and designing the cultural transformation needed to ensure any business or digital transformation’s success. He also works as an executive coach and facilitator generating key learning experiences for leaders and their teams to shift their mindsets and roles to generate more success and wellbeing.
Working all across Latin America, some of his current clients include: AB InBev, Tresalia, Scotiabank, Hochschild Mining, Panama Pacifico, Vilaseca, Evertec, Banco Popular, HBO, Hyatt, Pepsico, Chanel, IATA, Maersk, among others.
Rodrigo holds an M.B.A and a B.S in electronic engineering. He is a graduate of Inalde’s Business Directors program and a member of Presencing Institute’s masterclass in social innovation. He also represented his country in two International Mathematical Olympiads.
Currently he lives with his family in Miami.
