Keith brings over 20 years of experience in Leadership Transformation and Alignment, Organisational Transformation, Corporate Strategy, and Business Process Re-engineering. He has developed and led many high-performance teams in various corporations through his coaching leadership style. Having served in both the public and private sectors, he is able to guide companies to develop strategic roadmaps to overcome the increasingly challenging global economy.
Starting his career in International Enterprise Singapore, Keith was helping Singapore companies to expand overseas, especially in the Middle East where he was serving as the Dubai Centre Director. He went on to have a successful career in the facilities management industry for over 15 years which includes ISS, Cushman & Wakefield, CBM Pte Ltd, and Re Sustainability Cleantech. His leadership roles cover operations and corporate functions including HR, finance, and IT. His clientele includes MNCs such as Citibank, Barclays, Novartis, Takeda, Rolls Royce, HP, Singapore Polytechnic, Singapore America School, and various government agencies.
Keith has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a Specialisation in Environmental Engineering (Honours 2nd upper) and a Minor in Technopreneurship from the National University of Singapore. He has a Professional Certificate in Coaching issued by Singapore Management University. He is also a certified Personal Trainer by American Council on Exercise (ACE).
